Terms of Service

1.1. Vibefy provides an AI-powered interior design tool that allows users to generate room transformations and receive relevant Amazon product recommendations based on uploaded photos.

1.2. Access to the core generation features is provided on a paid basis through the purchase of digital credits ("Tokens").

2.1. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

2.2. The Service is considered fully delivered at the moment the purchased Tokens are successfully credited to your account balance.

2.3. You are responsible for providing valid payment information and paying all applicable taxes associated with your purchase.

3.1. All sales are final. Due to the immediate, digital nature of the Service (AI generation incurs instant computing costs), Tokens are strictly non-refundable once they have been credited to your account or used.

3.2. We do not offer refunds for "buyer's remorse" or if the AI-generated output does not perfectly match your subjective expectations, as AI results naturally vary.

3.3. Exceptions: If you made a payment but experienced a technical failure where Tokens were not credited to your account within 24 hours, you may contact our support team. Refund or credit requests for unreceived Tokens must be made within 14 days of the original transaction.

4.1. You retain all ownership rights to the original photos you upload. You are granted full commercial and personal usage rights to the AI-generated images created using your account.

4.2. The platform's code, design, UI/UX, and underlying architecture remain the exclusive property of Vibefy.
