Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Vibefy. We strive to provide a high-quality AI interior design experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase. All transactions are processed securely through our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy.

1. General Policy: All Sales are Final

Due to the nature of our service, we provide instant access to digital assets ("Tokens") that are immediately consumed to cover the significant computing costs of artificial intelligence generation.

Therefore, we do not offer refunds or credits for Tokens once they have been purchased, credited to your account, or used, except as expressly set forth in this Policy.

2. Subjective Dissatisfaction

Artificial Intelligence is an experimental technology, and the generated results can vary. We do not offer refunds if:

  • You are unsatisfied with the aesthetic quality of the generated room design.
  • The AI-generated Amazon search queries do not perfectly match your expectations.
  • You experience "buyer's remorse" after purchasing a token pack.

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

We will gladly issue a refund or manually credit your account in the following technical scenarios:

  • Non-Delivery: You were charged by Lemon Squeezy, but the Tokens were not credited to your Vibefy account within 24 hours due to a system error.
  • Duplicate Billing: You were mistakenly charged multiple times for the exact same transaction due to a technical glitch.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above, you must submit a request within 14 days of the original purchase date.

To submit a request, please email us with the following details:

  • The email address associated with your Vibefy account.
  • Your Lemon Squeezy Order ID or Receipt Number.
  • A detailed description of the technical issue.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

We kindly ask that you contact our support team to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your Vibefy account.
